Qualifications

4–6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm.
Experience representing lenders, borrowers, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions in sophisticated financing transactions.
Experience handling secured lending transactions, syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and related matters.
Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related financing docs.
Working knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC and secured lending concepts.
Experience managing transaction workstreams and coordinating with clients and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities

Represent lenders, borrowers, and financial institutions in sophisticated finance transactions.
Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, and related financing documents.
Manage transaction workstreams and coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and other advisors.
