Responsibilities

• Represent developers, sponsors, lenders, investors, or financial institutions in sophisticated project finance transactions.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, financing documents, security documents, project agreements, and related transaction documents.
• Coordinate due diligence and closings for complex energy and infrastructure projects.
• Manage multiple sophisticated transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide excellent client service and clear communication throughout deal lifecycle.
