Job summary
Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Corporate Finance Associate Attorney for a leading AmLaw 50 firm in Chicago. The role focuses on sophisticated debt finance, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and other complex corporate financing transactions for corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, lenders, and financial institutions.
Ideal candidates will have 2–6 years of corporate finance experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and will hold a J.D.
Qualifications
- 2–6 years of corporate finance or related transactional experience.
- Experience with acquisition and leveraged financings, secured and unsecured facilities.
- Experience representing borrowers, lenders, or financial institutions.
- Drafting and negotiating credit, security, guaranties and intercreditor agreements.
- Diligence and coordination of financing transactions from inception through closing.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate credit facilities and related financing documents.
- Coordinate complex financing transactions from inception through closing.
- Represent borrowers, lenders, and corporate clients in sophisticated deals.
- Provide strong client service and maintain ongoing communication.
