• Experience drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• J.D. degree and strong academic credentials.
• Admitted in Illinois (or pursuing admission).

Responsibilities

• Join Finance & Transactions team in our Chicago office.
• Work closely with shareholders and participate in business development and client-facing activities.
• Contribute to client service and quality outcomes.
