Position Description

Our client is seeking an associate with at least three years of substantive finance experience to join its growing finance practice in a major U.S. market.

The ideal candidate will have experience representing a broad range of bank and non-bank financial institutions in syndicated and club transactions, with particular emphasis on private credit sponsor acquisition financings. Experience in structured finance, CLOs, and fund finance is a plus.

Candidates should demonstrate strong deal experience at a large law firm, with a focus on cash flow lending and other sophisticated finance transactions. Excellent drafting skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex matters efficiently are essential.
