Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes division is seeking a Manager, Finance Technology (A2R and P2P). This role leads strategy, delivery, and support of ERP solutions enabling Account-to-Report and Procure-to-Pay, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Tax teams to deliver reliable, scalable, compliant systems.

The position requires hands-on SAP ECC/S4HANA Finance experience, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on process standardization and SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in finance, accounting, or ERP with focus on P2P and A2R.
• Experience with SAP Finance capabilities including GL, Close, Consolidation, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Product Costing, and AP/Payment.
• Proven experience leading ERP integrations with external procurement, tax, and e-invoicing solutions.
• Knowledge of SOX controls, financial compliance, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver A2R and P2P product areas with defined requirements and specs.
• Translate roadmap features into user stories, test criteria, and functional specs.
• Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Coordinate releases, testing, and defect resolution with ERP teams.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and financial controls.
