Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Finance Technology (A2R and P2P) to lead SAP-based Finance solutions across Account-to-Report and Procure-to-Pay. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Tax, Treasury and other stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant processes.

The role requires 6+ years in finance/ERP with SAP Finance expertise, strong SOX controls knowledge, and experience guiding cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven experience in finance, accounting, or ERP systems with focus on P2P and A2R processes.
• Extensive experience supporting and enhancing Finance technology solutions across A2R and P2P processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP Finance capabilities, including GL, Close, Consolidation, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Product Costing, Financial Reporting, AP, and Payment processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP Finance A2R and P2P product areas with defined requirements.
• Translate roadmap features into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for FI/CO and related interfaces.
• Coordinate with analytics, design, engineering, and enablement teams to deliver solutions.
• Analyze configurations, run tests, and document outcomes for complex issues to guide action.
• Refine design and research to standardize services and scale features.
• Coordinate release planning and testing with ERP platform and core support teams.
