Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, through DePuy Synthes, is seeking a Manager, Finance Technology to lead Account-to-Report (A2R) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions. The role partners with finance, accounting, procurement, tax, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant systems.

You will drive roadmap to requirements, manage testing cycles, and ensure SOX controls and governance are maintained across ERP platforms in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with finance ERP solutions focusing on Account-to-Report (A2R) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in related field.

This role requires hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Finance and partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Tax, Treasury, and other business and technology stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, compliant, and increasingly automated solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver SAP Finance Account-to-Report (A2R) and Procure to Pay (P2P) product areas, applying proven methods under minimal supervision.Review and translate A2R / P2P product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including user stories, acceptance test criteria, and functional specifications for FI/CO, Group Reporting, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Treasury/Tax interfaces, AP, Procurement integrations, vendor master, e-invoicing and Payment processes.Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including analytics, experience design, engineering, and user enablement, to define and deliver solutions.Analyze complex configuration, experimentation, and testing procedures to resolve issues, and compile results for review.Document outcomes of testing and analysis for problems of significant complexity and scope, and communicate the recommended course of action to internal teams.Refine design and research initiatives to standardize and scale existing services and product features.Examine technical reports, defect logs, and process documentation to identify opportunities to improve outcomes and system performance.Coordinate release planning, testing cycles, and defect resolution with ERP platform and core support teams to maintain a stable, compliant environment.Ensure solutions adhere to DePuy Synthes technical, quality, security, and financial compliance requirements, including SOX controls.Provide subject matter expertise on P2P and A2R processes and ERP best practices to cross-functional teamsQualificationsEducation:**Required**: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.**Preferred:** Master’s degree or MBA preferredExperience and Skills:Required:6+ years of proven experience in finance, accounting, or ERP systems with focus on relevant P2P and A2R processesExtensive experience supporting and enhancing Finance technology solutions across Account-to-Report (A2R) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
