Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Manager, Finance Technology (A2R and P2P) for DePuy Synthes. The role leads strategy, delivery, and ongoing support of SAP-based Finance solutions across A2R and P2P, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Tax, and Treasury to enable reliable, scalable, and compliant processes.

The position requires hands-on SAP experience (ECC/S/4HANA Finance), strong governance, and collaboration with global teams to drive automation and tight financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP Finance A2R and P2P product areas, applying proven methods.
• Translate roadmap features into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.
• Partner with analytics, design, engineering, and user enablement teams to define and deliver solutions.
• Analyze configuration, testing procedures, and issues; compile results for review.
• Document testing outcomes and communicate recommended actions to internal teams.
• Refine design and research initiatives to standardize and scale services and features.
• Examine reports and logs to identify opportunities to improve outcomes and system performance.
• Coordinate release planning, testing, and defect resolution with ERP platform and core support teams.
• Ensure solutions adhere to technical, quality, security, and SOX compliance requirements.
• Provide SME on P2P and A2R processes and ERP best practices to cross-functional teams.
