Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division is recruiting a Manager, Finance Technology (O2C & Finance Integration) to own and optimize Order-to-Cash capabilities, revenue recognition, and the ERP integration roadmap. The role partners with Finance, Sales, Commercial teams and external vendors to drive reliable financial processes.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in IT/CS/Finance, 6+ years in finance or ERP, SAP SD expertise, and experience integrating SAP with finance and P2P platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own technology capabilities supporting customer master data, orders, pricing, credit, delivery, billing, and cash application.
• Lead SAP SD / Order to Cash and integrate with Finance, Supply Chain, and external systems.
• Partner with Commercial Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
• Drive improvements in order accuracy and revenue recognition.
• Support revenue recognition, returns, rebates, and other O2C processes.
• Own integration points between Order to Cash and Account to Report.
• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap aligned with ERP transformation.
• Manage technology partners and third‑party vendors.
• Provide SME guidance to cross‑functional teams on O2C processes.
