Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit is recruiting a Manager, Finance Technology (A2R and P2P). You will own strategy, delivery and ongoing support for A2R/P2P SAP solutions, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Tax, and IT to deliver reliable, scalable processes.

You will translate roadmaps into concrete requirements, lead cross‑functional work streams, and ensure SOX compliance while driving automation and process improvements across ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Finance, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in finance, accounting, or ERP with P2P/A2R focus.
• Experience with SAP Finance modules: GL, Close, FA, AP, etc.
• Experience leading ERP integrations and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP Finance A2R and P2P product areas with minimal supervision.
• Translate roadmap features into defined requirements and specs.
• Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and design teams.
• Analyze configurations and tests; document results and actions.
• Coordinate release planning with ERP platform teams.
• Ensure SOX, security and compliance across solutions.
• Advise cross-functional teams on A2R and P2P best practices.
• Support ERP transformation and performance improvements.
