Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven experience in finance, accounting, or ERP systems with focus on relevant P2P and A2R processes.
• Extensive experience supporting and enhancing Finance technology solutions across Account-to-Report (A2R) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP Finance capabilities, including General Ledger, Close, Consolidation, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Product Costing, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable, and Payment processes.
• Proven experience leading integrations between ERP platforms and external procurement, supplier, tax, e‑invoicing, and payment solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, SOX compliance, audit requirements, security standards, and regulatory obligations within enterprise Finance systems.
• Experience defining Finance technology strategies and roadmaps that support business growth, process standardization, and ERP transformation programs.
• Proven success managing technology vendors, strategic partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders in a complex global environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP Finance A2R and P2P product areas, applying proven methods under minimal supervision.
• Translate A2R / P2P roadmap features into well‑defined product requirements, including user stories, acceptance test criteria, and functional specs for FI/CO, Group Reporting, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Treasury/Tax interfaces, AP, Procurement integrations, vendor master, e‑invoicing and Payment processes.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to define and deliver solutions.
• Analyze configuration, experimentation, and testing procedures to resolve issues and compile results for review.
• Document outcomes of testing and analysis for problems of significant complexity and scope, and communicate recommended actions.
• Refine design and research initiatives to standardize and scale existing services and product features.
• Examine technical reports, defect logs, and process docs to identify opportunities to improve outcomes and system performance.
• Coordinate release planning, testing cycles, and defect resolution with ERP platform and core support teams to maintain a stable, compliant environment.
• Ensure solutions adhere to DePuy Synthes technical, quality, security, and financial compliance requirements, including SOX controls.
• Provide subject matter expertise on P2P and A2R processes and ERP best practices to cross‑functional teams.
