Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes is seeking a Manager, Finance Technology (A2R and P2P) to own strategy, delivery, and ongoing support of SAP-based financial workflows. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Tax, and IT to deliver reliable, compliant, and scalable solutions across A2R and P2P processes.

The role requires hands-on SAP ECC/S/4HANA experience, strong stakeholder management, and a focus on automation, controls, and process standardization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or ERP with focus on P2P and A2R processes.
• Proven expertise in SAP Finance capabilities: GL, Close, Consolidation, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Product Costing, Financial Reporting, AP, and Payments.
• Experience leading integrations between ERP platforms and external procurement, supplier, tax, e-invoicing, and payment solutions.
• Strong understanding of SOX controls, audit requirements, security standards, and regulatory obligations in enterprise Finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP Finance A2R and P2P product areas, applying proven methods with minimal supervision.
• Translate roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with analytics, experience design, engineering, and user enablement to define and deliver solutions.
• Analyze configuration, experimentation, and testing procedures to resolve issues and report results.
• Coordinate release planning, testing cycles, and defect resolution with ERP platform teams to maintain a stable environment.
