Job summary

Johnson & Johnson DePuy Synthes seeks a Technology Director, ERP Supply Chain, Plan-to-Manufacture (P2M) in the USA to own global SAP S/4HANA P2M capabilities.

You will lead design, drive strategic roadmaps, and coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Technology to deliver scalable, compliant ERP solutions across manufacturing operations, improving data and process integrity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years planning, architecting, estimating, and implementing SAP S/4 planning/manufacturing solutions.
• Proven leadership delivering SAP S/4HANA capabilities in manufacturing environments.
• Deep knowledge of Production Planning, Materials Management, and related modules.
• Experience integrating ERP with manufacturing, quality, warehouse, and finance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, and implementation of global ERP for Plan-to-Manufacture processes.
• Act as global technology product owner for SAP S/4HANA template in P2M.
• Drive consolidation of ERP into a unified global template across sites.
• Ensure reliable production scheduling, materials availability, and inventory accuracy.
• Translate business needs into roadmaps and solution designs with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams and partners to deliver high-quality outcomes.
