Job summary

DePuy Synthes is seeking a Manager, Finance Technology (A2R and P2P) to lead strategy, delivery, and support for SAP-based finance processes. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Tax to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant solutions across A2R and P2P, including GL, Close, Asset Accounting, and Procurement integrations.

Required: 6+ years in finance/ERP with SAP expertise; strong collaboration across cross-functional teams; travel up to 25% domestic/international.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably IT/Finance related.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in finance, accounting, or ERP with focus on P2P and A2R.
• Experience with SAP Finance modules (GL, Close, Consolidation, Intercompany, FA).
• Proven vendor management and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver A2R and P2P product areas with minimal supervision.
• Translate roadmap features into defined requirements and specs.
• Collaborate with analytics, design, engineering, and enablement teams.
• Analyze configurations and testing procedures to resolve issues.
• Coordinate release planning, testing cycles, and defect resolution.
• Ensure SOX compliance and financial controls across solutions.
