Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Finance Technology (O2C & Finance Integration). You will own technology capabilities supporting order to cash processes, master data, pricing, billing and revenue recognition, partnering with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain.

Lead SAP SD/O2C and integration with ERP systems and external vendors. The role requires a 6+ years track record in finance/ERP, strong cross-functional collaboration, and experience delivering an ERP transformation roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or related field is required.
• 6+ years experience in finance, accounting or ERP with focus on O2C.
• Experience leading SAP SD / Order to Cash and integration with Finance and ERP.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain.
• Experience with ERP roadmaps and managing technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Own technology capabilities supporting master data, orders, pricing, credit, delivery, billing and cash applications.
• Lead SAP SD / O2C capabilities and integration with Finance, Logistics, Tax and external systems.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Order Operations and Supply Chain.
• Drive improvements in order accuracy, billing accuracy and revenue recognition.
• Support revenue recognition, returns, rebates, chargebacks and other O2C processes.
• Own OTC-ATR integration points including revenue, receivables, tax and intercompany.
• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap aligned with ERP transformation.
• Manage technology partners and third-party vendors.
• Provide SME guidance to cross-functional teams on O2C processes and finance integrations.
