Job summary

Assist World is seeking an accounting support specialist to work 100% remotely on a part-time basis to assist the Controller and senior team with AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close.

You will take ownership of tasks, investigate discrepancies, and ensure deadlines are met while communicating with internal teams via email, phone, and Teams. This role offers potential to grow to full-time aligned with US hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support with understanding of AP and AR.
• Experience with bank/account reconciliations, month-end close, and accounting software (Sage desirable).
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work independently.

• Finance team is expanding to support AP, AR, reconciliations, inventory, and month-end close.

The Role:

• Provide hands-on support to the Controller and Senior Accounting team across AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close.
