DoorDash is seeking an Associate, Finance & Strategy for DashPass to own capital allocation, budgeting, and long-range planning for a 20M+ member subscription business. You will partner with DashPass GMs and cross-functional teams to forecast paid subscribers and subscription fees and help shape the long-range plan.

This high-visibility role offers opportunities to build zero-to-one models, develop analytical frameworks, and drive decisions across Product, Marketing, S&O, and Analytics.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking in tech or growth company.
• Experience managing cross-functional relationships is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL or willingness to learn; strong modeling for decision-making.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Own DashPass capital allocation and budgeting infrastructure, including weekly budgeting meetings.
• Assess spend efficiency with DashPass GMs and analytics partners.
• Sit on planning committee: forecast subscribers and subscription fees, update long-range plan.
• Build zero-to-one models for net-new initiatives and scalable analytical frameworks.
