Job summary

DoorDash seeks a Senior Manager, DashPass Strategy & Operations to build and own the merchant co-funding strategy behind DashPass. You will define benefits, quantify impact, and create scalable offers across merchant cohorts, from Enterprise to SMBs, with economics that support sustainable growth.

You’ll align with product, engineering, data science, marketing, finance, and commercial teams to ensure benefits drive merchant and member value, using data to shape decisions and drive measurable

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy & operations or related field with end-to-end ownership of high-stakes problems.
• Experience building a two-sided value exchange and credible business cases.
• Comfort in commercial conversations (MSAs, pricing, partnerships).
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with data self-service (SQL/Excel).
• Bias to action in fast-paced environments and ability to influence at the executive level.
• Clear communication of vision to cross-functional partners, even in ambiguity.
• Experience in subscription, marketplace, advertising, or merchant/SMB preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the DashPass co-funding strategy end to end and define merchant-funded benefits.
• Quantify incremental value and convert it into a repeatable pitch for commercial teams.
• Influence promotions and monetization roadmap with evidence-backed asks.
• Serve as DashPass DRI in merchant conversations, sizing impact in long-term agreements.
• Hold the member benefit roadmap accountable to merchant outcomes.
• Frame cross-functional decisions with data and present to senior leadership.
• Experiment and scale strategy into operational initiatives with measurable outcomes.
