DoorDash’s DashPass Finance & Strategy team is seeking an Associate to own capital allocation, budgeting, and forecasting for a 20M+ member subscription business. You will partner with DashPass GMs and senior leaders, run planning activities, and build zero-to-one models for net-new bets that influence where the next dollar goes.

You’ll collaborate across Analytics, Product, and Marketing to deliver insightful analyses,оке and present recommendations to executives in a fast-paced environment

Qualificações

• 1-3+ years of strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking experience in a high-growth technology sector or well-established company.
• Experience managing cross-functional relationships is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and analysis, is required.
• Proficiency in SQL (or strong willingness to learn) and proven ability to build financial models that improve strategic decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Own DashPass capital allocation and the budgeting infrastructure, including running weekly budgeting meetings and working with cross-functional partners so the process is actually followed.
• Assess spend efficiency with DashPass GMs and analytics partners.
• Sit on the planning committee: forecast paid subscribers and subscription fees, help build the long-range plan, and get fluent in our subscription and LTV models.
• Build zero-to-one models on bespoke analyses for net-new initiatives, and help stand up analytical frameworks that grow top line and bottom line.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Marketing to drive consensus and strategic recommendations.
