Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager, DashPass Strategy & Operations in Los Angeles to build and own the merchant co-funding strategy for the DashPass membership program. You will quantify merchant value, craft scalable co-funded offers, and align product, engineering, data science, marketing, finance, and commercial teams.

You have 8+ years in strategy/operations and strong quantitative skills to defend conclusions with data.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations or related field.
• Experience in commercial strategy, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong quantitative and structured problem‑solving skills; able to self‑serve data (SQL/Excel).
• Comfortable in commercial conversations (MSAs, pricing, partnerships) and defending positions.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the DashPass co-funding strategy end to end—define benefits, levels, and rationale; build the business case for merchants and DashPass.
• Quantify incremental value for DashPass and turn into credible pitches for commercial teams.
• Influence promotions and monetization roadmap; represent co-funding requirements with evidence-backed asks.
• Be the DashPass DRI in merchant conversations; size impact in long-term agreements and guardrails for economics.
• Hold the member benefit roadmap accountable to merchant outcomes with a clear framework and cadence.
• Frame ambiguous cross-functional decisions with data and carry them to executives.
• Turn strategy into operational experiments with measurable outcomes and scalable processes.
