Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager for DashPass Strategy & Operations to own the merchant co-funding strategy behind DashPass. You will quantify merchant benefits, build a scalable framework, and partner across product, engineering, data science, marketing, and finance to align incentives for merchants and members.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, commercial strategy, or related field.
• Strong quantitative and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to self-serve data using SQL/Excel and defend conclusions to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the DashPass co-funding strategy end to end.
• Build and defend the merchant value proposition for DashPass.
• Influence the promotions and monetization product roadmap.
• Be the DashPass DRI in merchant discussions.
• Hold the member benefit roadmap accountable to merchant outcomes.
• Model cross-functional tradeoffs and present to senior leadership.
• Experiment and scale strategy into operational experiments with measurable outcomes.
