Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate for the DashPass Finance & Strategy team to own capital allocation and budgeting for a 20M+ member subscription business. You will work closely with DashPass GMs, lead the planning committee forecasts for subscribers and fees, and develop zero-to-one models for new initiatives and scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking experience in a high-growth technology sector or well-established company.
• Proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and analysis is required.
• Proficiency in SQL (or strong willingness to learn).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own DashPass capital allocation and the budgeting infrastructure, including running weekly budgeting meetings and coordinating with cross-functional partners.
• Assess spend efficiency with DashPass GMs and analytics partners; sit on the planning committee to forecast subscribers and subscription fees.
• Build zero-to-one models for net-new initiatives and develop analytical frameworks that drive top-line and bottom-line growth.
