Job summary

Accenture plc in the United States is seeking an experienced Solution Advisory Senior Manager for Finance RP Americas. You will build trusted relationships, shape pursuit strategies, and lead content development across offerings and geographies to drive opportunities.

You will guide CFO engagement, collaborate with regional and global teams, and evolve the function while prioritizing initiatives for growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent) with 12+ years of work experience.
Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience at a top-tier firm, or 14+ years of finance function experience.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with market, offering, and industry leaders across the Americas to shape pursuit strategies and generate opportunities.
Lead content development across offerings, industries, geographies, ecosystem partners, methodologies, and topics, filling gaps with new narratives.
Support priority pursuits with tailored messaging and client-ready materials while maintaining the Americas content repository.
Lead CFO engagement activities, including CFO Labs, roundtables, and early-stage opportunity development to drive pipeline growth.
Support ecosystem go-to-market efforts by developing partner-specific narratives and pursuit content.
Collaborate with EMEA and APAC Solution Advisory teams to share content and best practices.
Partner with Americas leadership and the Global Solution Advisory Lead to prioritize initiatives and evolve the function.
