Accenture is seeking a Solution Advisory Senior Manager for Finance RP Americas. You will shape pursuit strategies with senior leaders, lead content development across offerings and geographies, and support CFO engagement to drive pipeline growth.

You will collaborate with global teams to share best practices and prioritize strategic initiatives. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in consulting or 14+ years in finance roles, with strong finance transformation and content development experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience at a top-tier firm, or 14+ years of finance function experience (a combination is preferred).
• Bonus points for experience in sales, business development, or go-to-market strategy; deep experience in finance transformation; content development or analyst submissions; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with market, offering, and industry leaders across the Americas to shape pursuit strategies and generate opportunities.
• Lead content development across offerings, industries, geographies, ecosystem partners, methodologies, and emerging topics, creating new narratives where gaps exist.
• Support priority pursuits with tailored messaging, strategic perspectives, and client-ready materials while maintaining and enhancing the Americas content repository.
• Lead CFO engagement activities, including CFO Labs, roundtables, and early-stage opportunity development to drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with EMEA and APAC Solution Advisory teams to share content, best practices, and pursuit learnings.
• Partner with Americas leadership and the Global Solution Advisory Lead to prioritize initiatives and support the evolution of the function.
