Job summary

Accenture PLC in the United States seeks a Solution Advisory Senior Manager for Finance RP Americas. You will build trusted relationships with leaders across the Americas to shape pursuit strategies and drive pipeline growth, while leading content development across offerings and geographies.

You will engage in CFO labs and roundtables, support ecosystem go-to-market efforts, and collaborate with global teams to share best practices and pursuit learnings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent with minimum 12 years’ experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of consulting at a top-tier firm, or 14+ years in finance functions (combination preferred).
• Bonus points for experience in sales, business development, or go-to-market strategy.
• Deep experience in finance transformation and in developing content, thought leadership, or analyst submissions.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with market, offering, and industry leaders across the Americas to shape pursuit strategies and generate opportunities.
• Lead content development across offerings, industries, geographies, ecosystem partners, methodologies, and emerging topics.
• Support priority pursuits with tailored messaging and client-ready materials; maintain Americas content repository.
