Job summary

RTX, the world’s leading aerospace and defense company, invites you to join the Patriot Product Line Finance Team in a hybrid role. You will perform detailed financial analysis, support baseline and EAC development, and collaborate with IPT, OSC, and program office leaders across domestic and international defense programs. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Finance or related field, 5+ years in finance, SAP/APEX experience, and EVMS familiarity.

U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field & a minimum of 5 years of Finance related business experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of Finance related business experience
Experience with SAP, APEX or related tools
Experience with EVMS
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

Quarterly EAC reviews, by individual program & product line summaries
Trend analysis for spend rates & EVMS Metrics at a product line
Process Budget Change Requests (BCRs) as needed
Manpower planning (IPT, ESPB, LOE)
Support proposal activities & pricing exercises
Financial responsibility for IPT (Integrated Product Team), ESPB (Engineering Support to Production Baseline) & NRE (Non-Recurring) efforts across the portfolio
Various ad hoc exercises
