Job summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks a Finance Senior Supervisor (M3) to lead a team managing DOD/FMS contracts, spares, NRD and related portfolios for Navy programs. You will supervise staff, oversee financial operations and collaborate with internal and external customers using PRISM, EVMS and SAP-based tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance; advanced degree may substitute.
• Experience with SAP, PRISM and BW/AO financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Quarterly Development of Estimate at Completion (EACs).
• Interfacing with Control Account Managers, Program Management, the Integrated Product Leadership Team, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Analysis of program performance, utilization of PRISM tools, assisting with initial baseline for new awards.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Support review and forecast of Bookings, Sales, Earnings and Cash forecast to Financial Planning.
• Summary contract level inputs and updates to Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long Range Plan (LRP).
• Contribute to cross-functional teams with an emphasis on financial implications of team decisions and ensure finance team knowledge of program decisions
• Develop, utilize, and disseminate process improvement and tool improvement opportunities to enhance analytical opportunities for the entire finance team
• Ad-hoc request support in a fast-paced environment (RFI's, UCA proposal support).
