Job summary
RTX is seeking a Finance professional to join the Patriot Product Line Finance Team in a hybrid role. The successful candidate will perform detailed financial analysis, support baseline and EAC development, and collaborate with IPT, OSC, and program office leadership across multiple domestic programs.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance or Economics with 5+ years of experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years). Experience with EVMS and SAP/APEX is preferred.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field & a minimum of 5 years of Finance related business experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of Finance related business experience
- Experience with SAP, APEX or related tools
- Experience with EVMS
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
- Quarterly EAC reviews, by individual program & product line summaries
- Trend analysis for spend rates & EVMS Metrics at a product line
- Process Budget Change Requests (BCRs) as needed
- Manpower planning (IPT, ESPB, LOE)
- Support proposal activities & pricing exercises
- Financial responsibility for IPT (Integrated Product Team), ESPB (Engineering Support to Production Baseline) & NRE (Non-Recurring) efforts across the portfolio
- Various ad hoc exercises
