Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) Naval Power's AEGIS Sustainment finance team seeks a Finance Senior Supervisor to manage direct reports and oversee financial operations for DOD/FMS contracts with the U.S. Navy as the primary customer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting or related field; 5+ years relevant experience
• Advanced degree in a related field; 3+ years experience
• Experience using SAP (APEX/PRISM/BW/AO) and DoD finance systems
• EVMS Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility

Responsibilities

• Quarterly development of EACs (Estimate at Completion)
• Interfacing with Control Account Managers and Program Management
• Analyze program performance and support baseline for new awards
• Provide training and mentoring to team members
• Support forecast of bookings, sales, earnings, and cash
