Job summary

Henderson Harbor Group, a premier executive search and consulting firm, is seeking an Intern to assist their Finance team in Parsippany. This role provides hands-on exposure to candidate prospecting, client communication, and daily workflow support within a dynamic recruiting environment.

You will participate in weekly prospecting sessions, manage inquiries, gather information from intake calls, and track leads and tasks. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or in process in Accounting, Finance, Communication or relevant area.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect potential new candidates in weekly prospecting sessions.
• Manage inbound phone calls and emails coming from recruiting resources.
• Gather basic information from intake calls via video or phone.
• Work collaboratively with other team members.
• Track all prospecting, leads, meetings and daily tasks.
• Extensive sales training, including pre-call planning, analysis and presentation preparation.
• Professional development and sales trainings presented weekly.
• Ability to commute to office (Parsippany) sporadically.
