Social Capital Resources is seeking a motivated, competitive Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing financial services recruiting team in New York. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruiting, sales, and financial services.

You will source, screen, and place candidates across banking, hedge funds, and asset management, while building relationships through calls, networking, and referrals.

Formación

• 0–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, energetic, and highly motivated to succeed.
• Comfortable making phone calls and proactively reaching out to new people.
• Strong work ethic, resilience, and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Source, identify, and recruit professionals across banking, asset management, hedge funds, and other financial services firms.
• Build relationships with candidates through phone calls, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their experience, qualifications, and career goals.
• Match qualified candidates with open positions at our financial services clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of industry professionals.
• Manage candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Partner with senior recruiters and account managers to fill active client positions.
• Work toward individual recruiting and performance goals.
