Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Business Process Analyst to deliver agile project management and end-to-end delivery support for enhancements to a financial system. The role requires working with business stakeholders, end users, and program leadership, and providing in-person support at Indianapolis, IN or Washington, DC.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience gathering and refining business requirements.
• Experience designing user interfaces and ensuring usability.
• Experience supporting UAT, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead or join a team of analysts to apply process improvement and transformation.
• Gather, analyze, and document operational and business requirements.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and working sessions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with program managers, architects, developers, testers, and SMEs to verify requirements.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies and propose resolutions.
• Support design and implementation of new or enhanced business processes.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts.
