Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Business Process Analyst to deliver agile project management and end-to-end delivery support for a financial system enhancement. You will work with business stakeholders, end users, and program leadership, reporting to the Guidehouse project manager, with in-person support in Indianapolis, IN or Washington, DC.

Responsibilities include leading analysis workshops, documenting requirements, and ensuring traceability while coordinating with cross-functional teams to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 3+ years in business process analysis.
• Experience gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating requirements workshops and interviews.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead or be a member of a team of analysts applying process improvement, reengineering, modernization to increase efficiency.
• Assess process performance in complex environments involving financial, staffing, and other support processes.
• Direct requirement collection and refinement through interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
• Lead and facilitate requirements workshops and sessions with stakeholders to identify and document requirements.
• Collaborate with managers, architects, developers, testers, and SMEs to verify requirements are understood and implemented.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies; support UAT and training to confirm capabilities meet needs.
