Guidehouse is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support business process discovery, stakeholder engagement, and documentation across Agile workstreams in Washington, DC and Tyson's Corner, VA. You will assist in current-state/future-state process documentation, requirements capture, and process improvement opportunities.

The role requires a US citizenship, ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust, and 2+ years in business analysis. Travel none; salary range listed and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; adjudication required prior to onboarding.
• US Citizen due to client engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Operations, or related field.
• 2+ years of business analysis or process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshop support activities.
• Develop and maintain As-Is and To-Be process documentation.
• Create process maps, swim lanes, journey maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Capture requirements, business rules, and operational procedures.
• Document roles, responsibilities, dependencies, and pain points.
• Support sprint planning and backlog development activities.
• Assist with executive briefing development and meeting preparation.
