• Strong written and verbal communication with executive audiences.
• Experience supporting Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business process discovery interviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
• Oversee development of As-Is process maps, workflows, journey maps, and analyses.
• Validate documentation for accuracy and consistency; identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Synthesize findings across workstreams to identify enterprise-wide patterns.
• Facilitate design sessions for To-Be processes and transition strategies.
• Support modernization initiatives including cloud migration and data transformation.
