Ampléo is seeking a Partner, Finance to lead and grow its finance practice across key markets. This is a senior, sales- and client-leadership role that bridges strategic advisory and hands-on delivery. You will open doors, close engagements, and shape Ampléo's footprint in finance.

This market-facing position emphasizes executive relationship development, industry credibility, and collaboration with fractional CFOs to drive long-term growth and client success.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new finance and advisory engagements.
• Build and grow a specialized industry practice based on personal expertise and market credibility.
• Develop referral partnerships and strategic relationships that generate recurring business opportunities.
• Serve as the executive relationship owner for client accounts.
• Provide high-level financial and strategic guidance while collaborating with delivery teams responsible for day-to-day execution.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional Ampléo service offerings.
• Represent Ampléo at industry events, networking functions, and business development activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue growth and client success.
• Contribute market insights to support service development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain accountability for revenue goals, pipeline development, and client retention.
