This is a sales- and client-leadership role where fractional CFOs and consultants handle delivery while you bring in the business and set high-level strategy. A strong network in target industries and regions is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior business development leadership experience in finance or advisory services.
• Strong reputation as a finance advisor and ability to open doors and close engagements.
• Ability to build and lead a specialized industry practice within a market.
• Proven track record of developing executive-level relationships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new finance and advisory engagements.
• Build and grow a specialized industry practice based on personal expertise and market credibility.
• Develop referral partnerships and strategic relationships that generate recurring business opportunities.
• Serve as the executive relationship owner for client accounts.
• Provide high-level financial and strategic guidance while collaborating with delivery teams responsible for day-to-day execution.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional Ampléo service offerings.
• Represent Ampléo at industry events, networking functions, and business development activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue growth and client success.
• Contribute market insights to support service development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain accountability for revenue goals, pipeline development, and client retention.
