Amplēo is seeking a Partner, Finance to lead the growth of its finance practice across targeted sectors. This senior sales and client-leadership role focuses on opening doors, closing engagements, and building the firm’s reputation as the go-to finance advisor.

You will own strategic relationships, develop a vertical in sectors like cybersecurity or AI, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client success. Base salary is $125,000 with uncapped commissions and strong upside.

• Build and grow a specialized industry practice based on personal expertise and market credibility.
• Develop referral partnerships and strategic relationships that generate recurring business opportunities.
• Serve as the executive relationship owner for client accounts.
• Provide high-level financial and strategic guidance while collaborating with delivery teams responsible for day-to-day execution.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional Amplēo service offerings.
• Represent Amplēo at industry events, networking functions, and business development activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue growth and client success.
• Contribute market insights to support service development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain accountability for revenue goals, pipeline development, and client retention.
