Job summary

RMCC Development is seeking an Operations Specialist to oversee daily business and administrative operations across our development sites. The role covers AP/AR, GL, procurement, and general operations to ensure accurate records and smooth workflows.

The candidate will monitor communications with vendors and customers, perform reconciliations, and coordinate with the Property Manager to support tenants and site operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in AP/AR and general accounting processes.
• Experience with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle AP operations by entering bills and coordinating payments.
• Prepare and post standard journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support day-to-day accounting workflows and reporting.
• Monitor vendor/customer communications and respond to inquiries.
• Handle procurement of general supplies and vendor relations.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to support tenants and site operations.
• Maintain accurate external communications and routine administrative duties.
