Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Operations Specialist - Finance to oversee financial operations for the region. You will manage AP/AR processes, process invoices, and track contract assets while coordinating with brokers and the Deal Desk.

The role includes forecasting revenue/expenses, reviewing pipelines with operations, and ensuring accurate fee splits and journal entries. The position supports compliance, process consistency, and efficient financial operations, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• Experience handling AP/AR processes and invoice management.
• Ability to reconcile, code expenses, and support month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, collections, reconciliations, and expense coding.
• Track contract asset due dates and coordinate with brokers and the Deal Desk.
• Support dunning, check processing, and journal entry submissions.
• Compile and forecast revenue and expense projects; review pipeline reports with operations teams.
• Perform fee share reconciliations and ensure broker contract splits and draws are accurate.
