Hype Proxies is seeking an operational finance professional to manage billing, collections, and vendor payments as part of a growing finance-operations function. You will report to the Head of Operations and collaborate with leadership, customers, vendors, sales, support, and our external accounting team.

You will issue invoices, track payments, reconcile activities, and maintain documentation to keep CEO-level efficiency where needed.

Qualifications

• Operational role focused on billing, accounts receivable, vendor payments and daily financial administration.

Responsibilities

• Issue and monitor invoices; maintain AR aging.
• Send payment reminders and follow up on overdue balances.
• Organize vendor bills and prepare them for approval before due dates.
• Record and reconcile daily financial activity; ensure accuracy.
