Job summary

MediaRadar is seeking a hands-on Billings and Collections Supervisor to oversee billing and collections, ensuring accurate invoicing and strong cash flow. You will drive end-to-end order-to-cash processes, partner with Sales, RevOps, and Finance, and lead a team to scale operations.

The role emphasizes process improvements, internal controls, and collaboration across departments, with a focus on timely resolution of issues and data accuracy in billing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4+ years in billing, collections, accounts receivable, or similar function; 1–2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
• SaaS or subscription-based tech environment is preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite; Salesforce and Avalara are a plus.
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash workflows (order entry to fulfillment).
• Experience developing and guiding a team; ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing process; ensure invoices are accurate and issued on time.
• Review billing data for pricing, terms, configurations, and schedules; align across systems.
• Coordinate with accounting on sales tax and communications with customers.
• Lead collections; monitor aging and resolve past-due balances.
• Supervise and develop billing and collections team; set priorities and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate billing and improve processes using AI.
• Maintain strong internal controls over billing and accounts receivable.
