Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Finance Operations.
- Hands-on exposure to escalation management.
- Experience with billing and subscription workflows.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complex customer accounts and subscriptions with accuracy and contract alignment.
- Process and customize invoices based on customer needs and agreements.
- Own escalations and drive timely resolution with cross-functional partners.
- Identify opportunities to automate billing processes and improve efficiency.
