Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Finance Operations Partner to support complex billing, subscriptions, and escalations. You’ll own account detail, contracts, invoicing, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and customer success to ensure accuracy and a great customer experience.

With 4+ years in Finance Operations, you’ll drive process improvements, automate workflows, and mentor teammates while acting as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Finance Operations role, including hands-on exposure to escalation management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Upflow, Gainsight, and Google Suite.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage complex customer accounts and subscriptions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracts.
• Process complex sales contracts and customize invoicing based on customer needs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for escalations and drive timely resolutions with cross-functional collaboration.
