Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and manage complex billing accounts and subscriptions with accuracy.
• Process and review sales contracts and invoicing; tailor invoices to client needs.
• Act as primary escalation owner for billing issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in billing/finance operations.
