Job summary

Flexcompute is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to own the post‑sale financial engine—billing accuracy, invoicing, and timely collections. You’ll partner with procurement, finance, and sales to ensure a seamless quote‑to‑cash flow and trustworthy revenue data. The role scales with the company as processes are built and refined.

You’ll work across HubSpot, Chargebee, Excel/Sheets, and QuickBooks, driving end‑to‑end ownership from order through payment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in billing, finance, revenue, sales operations, or accounts‑receivable role.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and data movement between systems.
• High accuracy and attention to detail with numbers and data.
• Clear, professional written communication, especially for customer‑facing billing.
• Self-starter who owns a process end to end across systems.

Responsibilities

• Own billing operations and data across all systems (HubSpot, Chargebee, spreadsheets, downstream financial systems).
• Own invoicing: create and issue accurate invoices tied to entitlements and dates.
• Manage customer procurement and vendor portals (Ariba, Coupa, etc.) and related forms, POs, tax docs, and payment terms.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Operations to ensure clean close-to-provisioning flow.
• Drive quote-to-cash from order to invoice to collection and maintain speed and accuracy.
• Run AR and collections: monitor aging, follow up on overdue invoices, resolve disputes.
• Keep data honest by reconciling CRM, billing, and accounting systems.
• Improve processes by removing manual, error‑prone steps in quote-to-cash.
