Job summary

Flexcompute is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to own the post-sale financial engine, ensuring usage-based charges are billed accurately and collected on time. You’ll be the operational partner to procurement, responsible for invoicing accuracy and trustworthy revenue data.

In this high-ownership role, you’ll build scalable processes across HubSpot, Chargebee, spreadsheets, and QuickBooks, collaborate with Sales and Customer Operations, and drive end-to-end quote-to-cash while reducing

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in billing, finance, revenue, sales operations, or accounts receivable.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
• High accuracy and attention to detail with numbers and data.
• Clear, professional written communication for customer billing.
• Self-starter who owns end-to-end processes and follows through.

Responsibilities

• Own billing operations end-to-end across systems (HubSpot, Chargebee, spreadsheets, downstream systems).
• Own invoicing and ensure accurate usage-based charges and on-time delivery.
• Manage customer procurement/vendor portals (Ariba, Coupa, PO-based invoicing).
• Partner with Sales and Customer Operations to ensure seamless close-to-billing flow.
• Drive quote-to-cash from order to invoice to collection; optimize processes.
