Job summary

Flexcompute is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to own the post-sale financial engine, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collections across HubSpot, Chargebee, spreadsheets, and QuickBooks. You’ll be the operational counterpart to customer procurement, manage vendor portals, and drive end-to-end quote-to-cash while improving data integrity and reporting.

You’ll collaborate with Sales and Customer Operations, monitor aging, resolve disputes, and scale processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in a billing, finance, revenue, sales operations, or accounts-receivable role.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets) and comfort moving data cleanly between systems.
• High accuracy and attention to detail with numbers and data; a low tolerance for errors.
• Clear, professional written communication, especially for customer-facing billing and collections.
• A self-starter who owns a process end to end and follows through.
• Comfortable working across Sales, Finance, and customers to get things done.

Responsibilities

• Own billing operations end to end across systems (HubSpot, Chargebee, spreadsheets, and any downstream financial system).
• Own invoicing: create and issue accurate invoices, ensuring usage-based charges are captured correctly.
• Manage customer procurement and vendor portals (Ariba, Coupa) and vendor onboarding forms, POs, tax and compliance documents.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Operations to ensure smooth flow from close to provisioning to billing.
• Drive quote-to-cash from order through invoice to collection.
• Run AR and collections: monitor aging and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Reconcile CRM, billing, and accounting systems to maintain a single source of truth.
• Identify and remove manual, error-prone steps in quote-to-cash.
