Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to help oversee financial operations for a 205-unit high-rise community. The role supports the Community Manager, handles rent collection, reporting, and vendor payments, and ensures accurate use of property management software.

You will engage with residents, enforce lease terms, coordinate with maintenance, and assist in leasing and marketing efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in residence life or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent, fees and payments and processes deposits and reconciling bank accounts.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite and maintains data accuracy and backups.
• Reviews resident files to identify delinquencies and enforces lease terms.
• Reviews and submits invoices for payment and coordinates with vendors/owners.
• Supports on-site operations and assists in leasing and marketing activities.
